Scripture: Ephesians 1:3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
Main Thoughts: If a person has trusted in Jesus for their salvation, they have been gifted with “every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” What a great truth. We have been given so many wonderful things through Christ. Things like grace, mercy, love, truth, fulfillment, and peace, among so many other spiritual blessings.
Questions To Discuss: What are some ways that God has blessed you spiritually? Who can you share those truths with? And how can you share those truths with others?
Main Things To Pray For Each Other: Pray for open hearts to recognize and worship God for all the various spiritual blessings He has bestowed on us through Christ. Pray for open, compassionate hearts that will see the needs of others. Pray for boldness to share these great truths with others who might not know God or who might be struggling in their walk with God.
Suggested Prayer Items: God, we thank You for how You love us so well. Thank You for sending Jesus to die in our place so that we, through faith in Christ, could be adopted into Your family! Thank You for offering us all of these great spiritual blessings. May we never take them for granted and may we always be thankful people!
